A dedicated group of volunteers from our congregation, including elders, council members and congregational members are meeting regularly to search out candidates to become our next senior pastor.
After receiving a list of potential candidates from the Pacific Southwest District of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, they research backgrounds and conduct interviews. Candidates are then brought before the congregation for a vote before sending a “call.” Once a pastor receives a call, he may choose to accept or decline.
