Our Sunday School program meets down in our Ministry Center during the 9:30 AM worship service. We welcome you to bring your children down for a fun time of Bible learning. If you’d rather keep your kids with you, you are also free to do that. We have some activity bags hanging up in the narthex/lobby of the church to keep them busy during the service. All of our children’s workers have been attending our church for at least 6 months and have completed a background check. If your child is new to Sunday School, please fill out a visitor card or complete a registration form if you would like to be added to our roster. Preschool – Third Grade
Preschool children age 3 up to third grade spend the entire class time in the Ministry Center which is located below the church sanctuary and preschool building on the other side of the parking lot. Parents sign them in and out there.
This class uses a curriculum called Simply Loved that covers the Bible in 3 years. Each week the kids have a craft and usually a game tied in to the days Bible story. Each month there is a new memory verse to learn and there is usually some play time with friends as well. The teachers for this class are Miss Tracy and Miss Madison.
Extreme Faith 4th-6th Grade
Children fourth through sixth grade begin in the church with Miss Sophie. They sit on the first pew on the left in the front of the sanctuary or with their parents. After the singing, they go down to their class. Their class is more discussion based with some games and snacks thrown in. They usually discuss the sermon topic.
