Soccer 'Tune Up' Fun!

Mt. Calvary is offering a week of soccer fun to get in shape for the Fall season. Not a professional soccer camp but more of a 'tune up time' with parents and Pastor Buecheler to have fun, play some soccer and learn about the love of Jesus.

Dates: August 3-7, 2009

Ages: 5 years old to 6th grade

Cost: $5 per family for snacks

Time: 9 to 11:15 AM

Location: Lake Arrowhead Elementary playground behind the school

Kids need to bring:

Soccer cleats, shin guards, water, outfit to run around in.

by filling in one form for each child.

Terms of Participation: I the parent/guardian of the registrant, understand and accept the condition that neither Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church nor anyone associated with Mt. Calvary will assume any responsibility for accidents and medical or dental expenses incurred as a result of participation in the Soccer practice program. I certify that the applicant is in good health and able to participate in the physical activity of a vigorous program. In the event of injury, Mt. Calvary has my permission to obtain medical care.
